Kid Creativity

I have the most creative kids EVER!!!! You just have to smile at what they come up with.
VICTORIA
Liberty went to Achievement days this week and came back with some pretty fancy fingernails that Sister Parker had painted. She did an AWESOME job! Well, then Victoria decided one day to play with clay. (We're out of playdough at the moment and all that we could find was clay). Well, we have these idea sheets in our playdough box- One of them suggested nails. You see where I'm going? Liberty had fancy long nails so Victoria made some for herself. Too cute! I think she did her fingernails AND toenails all week. She even started making bracelets and rings to wear. Gotta love it!
JUSTICE
After our busy weekend, the kids were a little bored this week with no one coming over so Justice found the LiteBright and got pretty creative. He made a whole "MAP" of our backyard. I wish I could have recorded word for word how he explained it. It was awesome! He included the deck, the fence, the big tree, the apple trees (both in red), the strawberry patch in pink, the tramp, the garden (which he did purple because he didn't have a brown), and the playground. He even left spaces for the gate opening and a space where the fence is coming a part a bit. He said he thinks he could get out of the yeard ther so her left a space on his map. ;) Pretty sure we won't be getting lost in our backyard anytime soon. It's an exact replica. Awesome Justice! :)
LIBERTY
Liberty has always been a creative kid when it comes to paper and markers and scissors and tape. Well, this week she decided to get in the creative Halloween spirit by making costumes for our Webkinz. AMAZING!  There's Chewy the Fairy Princess, Feather the King (Victoria wanted him a Pirate but I guess there were problems with his big feet and pirate shoes??? LOL!), Injured Snowboarder Rosey, Zamey the Painter Zumbody, Nemo the Chef, Mummy Blueberry, DJ  Pineapple the Koala, Stella the graduate, Princess the Princess, and Bubbles aka HPH (Harry Potter Hippo). We are set-- Halloween can come! LOL!
GLORY
She just wants to be like the other kids. She watches them all the time so it was only a matter of time before her creativity gene kicked in. I often find her with body art of some kind or the other. Of which she always defends herself by telling me, "PAPER!!!" (NO! Your skin is not paper, baby! LOL) After her bath, I found her downstairs by herself cutting out a beautiful picture leftover from the Halloween cotumes. Cute girly!
I just LOVE the creativity in our home!!! ;)
