Midnight Sledding in a Blizzard

We had the Larsens and the Elders over for dinner tonight. (Thanks, Larsens for letting us steal the meal & the missionaries ;) We had a blast talking about Christmas traditions and the importance of being THANKFUL this week! LOL! The Menfolk even did a little dark night/brrr freezin' service for a couple of our single lady neighbors. Way nice of ya'll!
Afterwards, Kenzie went to do a little service of her own (& she says she isn't crafty!) while the brave Dads took 5 kids out on a late night sledding extravaganza in the blizzard. They all had a blast! The kids could have stayed up ALL night. They were totally bummed to do the Hot Cocoa Partays separately. But it really would have been ALL night if we had let our kids come into the Larsens place after. LOL! (That's the ONLY downside of having night-owl friends that live really close & we adore! We have to try hard not to wear out our welcome!) I knew the chance of me getting any photo shots on the hill without personally being there was low so this is as they were heading out:
Meanwhile, warm & snug at the Larsen home, Baby Soph got to go to bed (I think all the adults wished they were doing the same). Little Glory was in 7th heaven with a new Dora show. AND I worked on my Ornaments. My 6th Annual Fargo Ornament Exchange is 9 days away! AHHHHHH! Work to be done, people!
