Blog Book: Volume 4 Published

"We can hardly believe another half a year has come and gone.
Time flies when you're having fun, I guess!
It has been a LONG, LONG Winter & a rainy, wet Spring here in Fargo.
Thank goodness for our "Fargo Favorites on Friday"
or we wouldn't have that many nice things to say. LOL
It's amazing how keeping a record/journal/blog can keep things/life in perspective.
Attitude of graitude, right?!
We love looking back at all the fun things we do together.
And it amazes us! We are truly blessed with a wonderful life.
It's just like one ParTay after another! ;o)
Hopefully we never stop.

15 days til Christmas

Over the years, I have collected many, many, many, many Christmas books. Some have been given to us by dear family or friends, others from deals after Christmas or from the Scholastic Book Club- awesome prices!!!! Each year, they get packed away with all the Christmas decor so that next Christmas they seem brand new and fresh. The kids spend hours looking and reading them during the month of December. All these books usually end up being stacked in and around and behind and near my "Monthly Book Box" (I already admitted I'm insane- so sue me if you'd like ;). Well this year, thanks to our new neighbors & friends, the Larsens (Thanks for adding to our Holiday Freakiness, guys! We sure luv ya!), we are doing something new with our book pile.
In our friend's home (before or on December 1st ;) Momma Larsen wraps 24 Christmas books to place under the tree. Each night on the Countdown to Christmas, their cute girls get to unwrap a Christmas story to read before bed.  Too cute! I just can't resist being a copycat. LOL! Thus was born the Seamons' Unwrap a Bedtime Story Advent Tradition. We're loving it!
15 days 'til Christmas!!

Lost in a Good Book

For those wondering why my constant Partays have suddenly come to an end....
HELP! My mind is not my own this week! I have seriously been invaded!

Don't panic though. I have simply been lost to the sci-fi world that Stephenie has created. Hopefully- especially after a couple really, really late nights- that woman (Meyer) will give me my life back. LOL! Good thing I am not an avid reader by nature OR I might never return to my little grey house on our small town street. (Although you'd never know since my Fargo friends have ruined me with their love for this author- Thanks a lot ladies! Seriously, 3329 pages in the last couple of months is almost too much to comprehend. LOL) With the last page turned and my RWB bookmark finally laying on the side table-- my dishes, laundry, my dear fam & my neglected blog may finally find me. But- dang- it's SO hard to find my way back!
LOL!
Gotta love being lost with Stephenie Meyer!

Bella & Ellie

When our sweet little Bella wants a story read, she finds her Ellie.
Too cute!!!
